What is your uptime? Do you provide a Service Level Agreement?

We work hard to maintain a perfect uptime. We do so by:

  • providing multiple front-end endpoints (over multiple IP addresses) for each API endpoint to maximize availability
  • spreading the load over clusters of servers, so that our services will continue working even if a server or a data-center goes down
  • strictly separating services, so that issues in one service or in one region do not affect the other ones
  • using different cloud providers in different geographies, to maintain availability

Some of our plans come with a Service Level Agreement. Please get in touch for more details on the way the SLA is structured.
