We work hard to maintain a perfect uptime. We do so by:
- providing multiple front-end endpoints (over multiple IP addresses) for each API endpoint to maximize availability
- spreading the load over clusters of servers, so that our services will continue working even if a server or a data-center goes down
- strictly separating services, so that issues in one service or in one region do not affect the other ones
- using different cloud providers in different geographies, to maintain availability
