Do failed requests or errors count as an Operation?

When the API returns an error (HTTP status codes 4xx), no operation will be counted towards your monthly quota.

In cases where you disconnect before the request was fully executed (for instance if you set a client timeout that is too low) or if there is network connectivity loss, you might have operations counted towards your quota.
